Question How to stop windows update permanent

Hi. This is make me so waste time because my pc so weak, every time I opened my pc and connect to internet it will automatically update my windows and make the whole system slow, how to stop it from update. Sorry for my englisk bad.

Instead, Pause, so you can do it on your schedule.
Pause for X days or weeks.

If you DO turn this off completely, please disconnect your PC from the internet, so you don't screw the rest of us up with your soon to be infected system(s).

What is winupd trying to load every time you turn on the pc?
