Question How to stream games to tv?

I currently have a laptop running kodi.

I would like to stream games to this laptop from my Windows rx580 desktop.

How is this possible?

I thought about dual booting lubuntu which supports steamplay on the laptop, but this laptop has 32gb emms, so dual boot is not possible.

I really want to use kodi for this.

This laptop is plugged into a tv in my living room.

I would like to use steam play to stream games from my desktop to my laptop plugged into the tv. My laptop is in sig as "intel celeron htpc" and my desktoo as "the vanqisher"

I have ran pop os and lubuntu on a laptop before and this allows my gaming pc to stream gameplay to my laptop plugged into the tv.

I am looking for a way to use steam play on openelec (kodi) since i do not want to dual boot kodi and win10 or linux.

openELEC (Open Embedded Linux Entertainment Center) is a small Linux based Just Enough Operating System (JeOS) built from scratch as a platform to turn your computer into a Kodi media center .
You have just to shut down Kodi, and you have a Linux-powered machine. You can also work other way around - install Linux, and install Kodi on top of it.

I am not sure, however, how well streaming will work on a Celeron PC.
