How to Stream Video to Computer over WiFi from non-IP Video Camera?

I would like to stream video from my Panacast 2 video camera to a computer (win7) via wifi. However, the Panacast has only USB3.0 output. Any suggestions? Also, any ideas about video capture software that might be useful for slow-mo and rewinding video?

You clearly have an air gap between network and USB. Without a host machine connected to the camera that sits on the network the answer is no you cant!
