How to switch from Intel to AMD Radeon Graphics Card

I have a Dell Inspiron laptop that came with Windows 8 64-bit (now Windows 8.1) and the ability to switch from an Intel Core i5-3210M to a AMD Radeon HD 7700M Series. Only problem is it wont actually switch to the AMD Radeon graphics card when im playing games. I have the latest version of AMD Catalyst Control Center, Raptr, and AMD Catalyst AutoDetect. I have gone and optimized all my games to Maximum Performance but it does nothing. i have tried to find the Bios but cant change the graphics card from there so im not sure what to do. Every forum I have seen this problem on, has lead to a complete dead end, and the subject gets dropped. this is a serious problem people have been having and I really need help. PLEASE HELP!!!

P.S: I also have all my drivers up to date.

Check in bios if you have to enable it or if it works with auto detect.

I tried that and it doesn't say.

Then you have to leave it as is. Contact Dell to see if they can help.

ok, i will do that first thing tomorrow morning. thanks for your help. if anyone else has another idea that i havent tried feel free to post it and i will try that as well.
