Hello everyone, hope you are fine,

Im having a few issues with my pc, I originally had a gtx 1660 ti and recently bought an RTX 3060 12GB, I mine with nicehash, and whenever im about to game or work, i pause on my cpu and rtx and leave the gtx 1660 ti mining 24/7, my issue arises from the gpu index in windows, for some reason windows keeps giving the gtx 1660 ti the GPU0 index, and the RTX GPU1, and in halo infinite the UI (i think its being rendered in the GPU0) is laggy, but the gameplay is fluid (in game settings i have the rtx as the rendering device).

Can anyone help me switch them maybe in the registry or something, thank you

AFAIK, the numbers are assigned in whatever order WIndows detects them. If you don't want GPU IDs to jump around whenever the detection order changes such as after updating drivers, then you could setup a VM, assign the 1660 to the VM and then Windows won't be able to use it anymore.
