How to switch graphics card on Lenovo z50-75 to be the deticated one the default

I play with low fps on my laptop, is there any way to use my graphics card as default? Cpu-z shows that the default one is the on board graphics card

what dedicated gpu you have? if nvidia, in the nvidia control panel there should be the option, if amd i dont know about that, but it supposed looks not really far from nvidia
