How to switch over my Windows 7 To a new PC

Hey guys,
I know how to download the ISO file and everything as well as retrieving my product key onto a bootable USB. Now I just need to know how to delete the Operating system off my current PC, so that I will only be using it on my new pc (I know microsoft freaks out when your using it on multiple computers)

1) Download the ISO and create a bootable DVD.

2) Boot your old PC from the DVD and use Windows Setup to either format or delete the existing Windows partition (delete will be much quicker).

3) Proceed no further with the setup process, just eject the DVD and shut down old PC.

4) Now proceed to install Windows 7 on your new PC.
