How to switch primary monitor at school (Control panel is blocked)

So im a grade 10 student at school with a lot of pc experience and im impatient waiting for the teachers technician to come in and switch the dual monitor settings, because right now, the big monitor we all want to be primary isnt the primary monitor, so the windows bar and games start on the right hand small screen instead of the left hand big screen. I was wondering if there was a way to switch the primary monitor a different way, as the control panel and 'right click on desktop' is blocked. Thanks

That's how you switch it. If it's blocked, you need the tech (or most schools allow the teacher to do it.) to input the password and switch it. There isn't any other way to do this.
