Hello,

So you had graphics card then you bought new motherboard with integrated Intel HD graphics card and now you bought new PCI-E graphics card?
You need to switch to PCI-E slot for your graphics card in BIOS, after that connect HDMI/DVI cable to that card and monitor and install drivers. You may need to re-install windows or use DDU tool to CLEAR AND RESTART graphics drivers and after that install new from AMD web-site. You need to remove Intel HD drivers to use AMD normally.
