If you want to sync your LEDs, you'll need one software to control them all. Sadly, you can't do that in your current setup.

Here's the layout of your hardware and the software to control it's LEDs:
MoBo - Gigabyte RGB Fusion
CPU cooler - NZXT CAM
case fans - Gigabyte RGB Fusion

To get all your LEDs to sync, you need to switch out your CPU cooler to the one that supports Gigabyte RGB Fusion.
