Newbie David here,I have a Thermaltake Core V41 new case and an ASRock MB. The motherboard is clearly marked for the insertion of the Reset and power switch cables with the "Ground Connection"! The Thermaltake Cables have no marking but instead on each cable have an "Arrow" pointing to a Pin Hole on the end of the 2 cables. (Each cable has 2 holes at the end)! I don't want to connect the wrong holes to the pins!! Please some advise would help. I have both of my manuals and the motherboard points out the ground pins but the case manual does not tell me what part of the cable is "Ground"!! Tks, David

Thanks for the great response, I went to this site http:// and they state the same info as you are providing!! Thanks so much! David
I thought with reset & power switch there is no + - So either way round works

It is the various leds where the polarity is important
