Is there a way to tell which one a game is running in?

Running games with vsync enabled in the Nvidia control panel and disabled in-game has yielded good results, but this doesn't work on The Evil Within because the internet says it runs in windowed borderless fullscreen.

Hit alt+tab to bring up another not-full-screen program (or ctrl-alt-del and bring up task manager). If it's running in windowed borderless, the other program will be overlaid on top of the game screen. If it's running full screen, the game will minimize and you'll see the other program on the normal Windows desktop.

Awesome, thanks!
