How to tell if a RAM stick is comparable with ASRock ab350m pro 4 motherboard

I recently purchased a RAM stick for my new custom PC and it did not work. I am looking to purchase another one and I want to be 100% sure it is compatible. The motherboard is a ASRock ab350m pro 4 model. A direct link to the website would be appreciated

It is the same up to the "." But different after that, it said it was compatible on PCPartPicker.com so I'm not sure.

I'm not exactly sure how Crucial codes his model numbers, but I think the part after dot describes series number or the like. So you can assume your stick is listed on QVL., plus Crucial website marks that RAM as compatible with Ab350M Pro 4.
