How to tell if GPU is using NVIDIA or MSI drivers?

Recently I replaced my NVIDIA GeForce 760 GTX with an MSI GeForce GTX 1060. I never uninstalled my NVIDIA drivers before installing the MSI drivers(oops). How do I uninstall my MSI drivers/utilities and go back to using NVIDIA's suite? From some reading those looked better overall and I don't care much for the bells and whistles from MSI. Thanks in advance

You remove the software the same way you would any other software on your pc, Control panel and then uninstall a program, select it from the list and press uninstall buttton.

Never use the driver that comes on a disk. Download the latest Nivida driver here:

http://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx

During the setup process when it allows you, choose custom options and clean install. This will completely uninstall any old drivers before installing the newest one.

Gotcha. And then just uninstall all MSI related software. Thank you much anort3.
