Windows Update (10, Creators) is broken. When I go to the Gigabyte download page, there are drivers available for rev 1.0 and rev 2.0 boards. Have I got to open up my case to find out which one I have? It is a Zoostorm Business PC supplied in May 2015. BIOS version F4; Piriform Speccy says "Version x.x"; chipset revision is 06 and southbridge revision is C2.

sometimes Speccy doesn't grabs the bios revision, you can find out in two ways

1. boot in bios mode and look for the revision in that location
2. open case and look around the name,/model imprint usually near that

Dell you say, normally F2 gets you into bios. look under system I believe is where you will find what you seek

It's not a Dell; it's a Zoostorm-assembled PC. They are UK based. It's not the BIOS revision I want to know, it's the board revision (there are two). I suspect I shall have to look on the board.

[Update] - the case has a side panel; i took it off; the board has "REV 1.0" silk screened on near one corner.

Thanks for your help.

Best regards
