I mean, I won't lie to you, with a 760 your FPS will suffer a lot if you switched to 1920x1080. Here's a review that compares 1680x1050, 1920x1200, and 2560x1600 with a whole range of graphics cards:

With a lot of people making the switch to 2k and 4k, I think 1080p is usually considered the minimum, but it's your money, you can do whatever you want.

If it were me I would at least go for 1680x1050 which will still get better fps than 1920x1080. Your fps will drop some, yes, but according to that review, you'll still get 40 fps in Battlefield 4 on Ultra with 4xMSAA/HBAO with a 760.
