How to tell if my computer has a pci express slot

i have a compaq presario 3120 system ...does it have a pci-slot and which graphic card will be best suitable

Assuming that this is your system AND you also replace the power supply with a quality (Antec, Corsair, PC Power and Cooling, Seasonic) one of around 450-550 watts, I'd say any mid-range graphics card (Radeon HD6670/Geforce GTX 650ti) would work well for your system.
