Easy:
If the suits are multicolored.
Example: Ties, Coat, shirt, pants are brown, blue, green, orange, grey, etc.
Otherwise, if they're not mafia:
All the real suits (people in suits) have black shoes, socks, dress pants,
coat, and tie. Buttoned shirt is white.
"-Oh no! His socks are white! That makes him mafia!"
That's why it's wise to always remember for somebody to wear black socks
with the suit, or else he would look like a mobster.

I hear online that there'd be a Tokyo 2010, probably in a few years. I
predict it won't be on Rockstar Games website at least much after the
current game comes out compatably for computers, and computeers.
