[SOLVED] How to tell what pcie connector I have

[Lord help my pc]

I just got a new graphics card (RX 560 4GB XFX) and I was putting it into my pc, and I have a Solytech AL-D500EXP/SL-8500BTX 500W ATX12V Power Supply - OEM. Does that psu have a 6+2 pcie connector? Or can someone tell me how to check so if someone provides wrong info, I can check for myself?

It's a very very poor PSU, I would upgrade before you use a card in your system.

No. It's a bit like searching for $99 heart transplants.

The Corsair CX 450 is about as cheap as I would go here.

I have a better question. I got the XFX RX 560 4gb. Does it NEED to be connected to the psu by a 6pin, or do I just put it in the cable, and hook up the video wire to my monitor?

No, it needs to be connected to the PSU. You need a new PSU, especially given that JonnyGuru review.

Well, if you have a six-pin connector and don't fill it, it won't work, but that's probably superior than actually running this PSU on that fire hazard.
