I Have POWEREX 450W PSU And ECS G41T-m6-v:3.0 MOTHERBOARD With GTX 550TI 1GB GPU

Week ago when i was gaming display turned off. I restarted but PC not Starting correctly. No display from Onboard or external GPU. CPU fan spinning in weird pattern. With onboard GPU Its working . SO i cleaned everything and reseated 550Ti. THIS time it started to work normally. And yesterday Again that happened. this time i was unable to power on with GPU. I tested it with another Board and psu. GPU is working perfectly...
I also have GT9600 512mb GPU that needs extra power. IT also failed to give display

SO I'm asking
1. Should I test Motherboard Graphic Slot
2. If my psu in misbehaving is it possible to work perfectly almost a year and suddenly failing to give enough power to GPU
3. IS it regarding my GPU
4. Is there quick methods to test 6pin connector of psu

Solution
It's a junk PSU, there's no reason to "test" it. And no, it running does not mean it was "working perfectly for almost a year." Most of the time, the damage a junk PSU does to equipment is invisible for a long time before something bad happens.

Thank you for quick response.. Did a little test

I have a 2 molex to 6 pin adapter. Using it i tried to on system with BOTH gtx 550ti and 9600GT Separately. But It didn't work. And I have also 350W PSU didn't have 6pin connectors. So with Adapter and 350w psu i tried to power on 9600GT.. Still a Noo

Now I'm Worrying about motherboard too
