how to test RAM Ics by using digital multimeter?

There is no way that a digital (or analog, for that matter)multimeter can give you any meaningful information on whether or not the RAM is good.

It is an integrated circuit. Not much you can do with a meter other than check that your rail voltage is making it to the module via a decoupling capacitor nearby.
