How to tilt monitor? benq gl2760h

I just got a new Benq gl2760h. It works fine, however I don't know how to Tilt it. It's just under a 90 degree angle, and viewing the bottom parts of the screen is a bit annoying. I don't know if I have attached the stand wrong. It seems to be a bit off balance, and I don't want to have to much weight at the front.
I can't find any setup guides or videos that show how to tilt this. The newegg page says you can tilt it. Any help is appreciated.

According to Benq it should tilt 5 degrees down & 20 degrees up: http://www.benq.com/product/monitor/GL2760H/

Hi, thanks for replying. I have since gotten helpand have beeno able to tilt it. It required a bit of pressure but is angled nicely now.

My last questi on is should the monitor be firmly attached or is it ok/supposed to wiggle a bit? I'm sure I heard a click as the odd describes when I put the stand in the monitor. It seems to be resting well on it, but is okay if when moving it or even trying to press buttons on it that it moves about? Is it normal for this type of stand as it is separated unlike some that built in hinges?
