how to transfer cache, saved password of Chrome browser to another PC

I have another computer that I want to transfer cache , saved password or even browsing history from one PC to another. I m using Chrome browser, how to do that?

sign in to chrome on the other machine, go to settings, and sync settings

Once you login on the 2nd computer with your SAME google account (see the icon in the top right corner the little person icon) that you logged into on the 1st computer, it will pull down your saved PW, installed extensions, bookmarks, etc. but NOT CACHE. You can't transfer the cache, and it isn't that important anyway, since webpages change often (the point of cache was to speed up the 'stuff' that was shown that was 'old') but once you access the same websites your cache will fill back up as needed.
