how to transfer file from one galileo board to another galileo board using ethernet?

i will try to communicate between two galileo board through ethernet cable

can any one suggested me that how can i solve this problem..

Every operating system I know off has a way to copy files through the network built into it, what's the exact issue? All you need to do is connect the devices to the same network and setup a file sharing on one or both systems using the steps for the OS you have running.

Those boards are just bricks without an operating system to tell them what to do, they will do nothing without an operating system, so your question as it is does not make sense. Or are you asking how to write code to transfer files? You would want to check on a programming board like stack overflow maybe.
