How to Transfer Games from HDD to New SSD

Hello, I am going to be upgrading to a new SSD and I wanted to transfer over all of my games so I do not have to take the time to download them all again, can someone please tell me how to do that?

how have you downloaded the games?

Steam back them up, and restore them
origin, mostly just more the directory apparently as they are installed in place.
