How to Transfer iTunes Libraries between OSes?

I originally used a Mac to transfer all of my music in iTunes to my phone, but now I want to transfer the library to my PC so I don't have to go back and forth to get music onto my phone. What is a good way to do this?

put itunes nto your pc and have ti copy the whole phone to it. will take a while depending n how much music it is but it will put it all onto the pc no problem

done this before myself to transfer a ton of music between pc's

As long as your PC is authorized by iTunes and synced to your iTunes account you can download all your purchases to that PC. I think Apple has a limit of 5 PCs / Macs per account.
