How to transfer memory from old HDD to new Hybrid - WITHOUT OS

So I bought and installed a new 4TB seagate Hyrbid to replace my old 1TB HDD

I've installed windows 7 unto the new hybrid

However I don't want to go through the hassle of reinstalling all my programs + saving my stuff on an external drive and then transferring them into the new drive

Is it possible to transfer everything from the old drive into the new WITHOUT transferring the OS?

Help would be much appreciated! ^_^

For programs, it is best to go and install them again.
For documents, photos, videos etc, you can copy and paste them or cut and paste them.
