Hey so im looking to transfer like 50 GB's to windows 10 c drive from the local disk on windows 11 because i partitioned 150gb on windows 10 and the other 850 on windows 11. 1tb total but im running out of space on windows 10 and cant update my games because i have no space i cant uninstall any apps because they are the only 2 games i use. i clear up space every now and then from old files and whatnot but i only get like a few gigs at a time. If you know how to do this please tell me, Thanks.

Please give us a screencap of the Disk Management window.

Make sure this shows the entire window, and please identify which drive is which.

If you know how to do this please tell me, Thanks.
Edit: Before doing any of this, make sure, you have disabled fast boot in bios and fast startup in windows.

1. Boot into windows 11.
2. Shrink 755GB partition by 50GB.
3. Use Minitool Partition wizard free
(https://www.partitionwizard.com/free-partition-manager.html)
to move 197GB partition down by 50GB and increase size by 50GB.
4. update bootloader. Execute from elevated command prompt.
bcdboot X:\windows
X: - drive letter you have assigned for windows 10 partition, when booted into windows 11.
5. Boot into windows 10.

What do you want me to do with minitool
Download and use it to move windows 10 partition.
Make sure, you download free version (not demo for pro version).
and how do i update the bootloader and what is bcdboot x:\windows
Execute command from elevated command prompt.
Replace X: with appropriate letter, you have assigned to windows 10 partition, when booted in windows 11.
Probably it is not X: , but some other letter.
If you want me to extend the windows partition from the unallocated space i shrunk from the windows 11 partition i cant do that because i need a subscription or something
No. You can extend a partition only, if there is free space next to it (to right).
You have to move partition first, to be able to extend it.
