I’m upgrading my cpu, ram, and motherboard and I want to save my steam games to another hard drive and photos. How can I do that also how can I wipe my current drive with my OS?

Solution
That's simple enough, just find the Steam Directory on the Hard Drive, it's in Program files X86 and copy it all over to the new drive.

Wipe the new drive during Windows install, you can delete the partitions on the drives and create new ones etc.

Just make sure you drop the folder back into the Programs files x86 after.

Solution
Exactly like this:

To move an already installed game
Games library
Right click the game
Properties
Local Files
Move Install Folder

To default to a different drive, like this:
Steam games location
In the steam client:
Steam
Settings
Downloads
Steam Library Folders
Add library folder
