How to transfer windows 10

I am upgrading my current pc to ryzen 1600 but i dont know how to transfer my paid windows 10 to a brand new pc. Do i have to install it onto a flash drive and just power it up on that flashdrive in the bios?

Im a huge noob to this, so thank you for being patient. This is my first build

First thing you want to do is set your Windows license to be linked to a Microsoft Account

Second thing you want to do is save any data files (docs, images, videos, mp3s, txts, favorites, old e-mails, etc...) to a backup location.

Then you want to go ahead and use the Windows 10 Media Creation Tool to create a new Windows ISO and use that to install a fresh install of Windows on your updated machine.
