If you have a smart TV, you don't need to transfer (highly doubt they have hard drives). Instead, you can play videos from a USB stick or external hard drive. I have 300GB of video, and I just use it everyday to watch movies with my wife.

Your questions is very vague so not sure where your trying to do, are asking how to play a video from your PC to your TV ? depending on your PC (or laptop) and your TV there are several different ways to view videos on your TV.

I assume you have a pc you want to transfer. Use the HDMI from your pc and plug it into the TV.
