Open up "Kontrolpanel" and go to "Klokkeslæt, sprog og område" choose "Skift grænsefladesprog" and on the pulldown list, choose English.

If English is not on the list, go to Windows Update and get it - should be under "Anbefalede Opdateringer" (Recommended Updates).
