How to travel with a FULL tower PC...?

TRAVEL BY PLANE!!! : Im thinking a bit ahead but i am going to build a gaming PC and if next year i move back to the USA, how am i going to travel with a corsair Obsidian 750D or a CM Storm trooper(one of them, not sure yet)
WITH the parts in side....

750D: 21.4 lbs. without parts
CM storm trooper: 31.7 lbs without parts.

I wont bring the PC when i go on vacation and stuff but when i move? Dont say how often do you move because i dont but next year we might move to the USA...so...what do i do?

yes, just to be safe
[strike]Are you going to be flying or driving?[/strike] just saw that you were flying...

If the airline you choose is trustworthy and allows packages by size/weight,etc. you can put it in cargo--alternatively, you can ship it to your new address and, if possible, package it yourself.

if you still have the PC box that the case came in, remove fragile parts, and ship the package in the best* mailer you can afford.

*best for your region

What are the sensitive parts and where do i put them once i remove them?

the most likely elements to fall out or break is an oversized heat sink.

you might consider removing your heat sink, video card (and any other PCI/PCIe cards), and memory and store them in their original boxes. hard drives, if secured on both sides, should be stable enough for travel. If they aren't screwed in, but are held in by screwless conections, remove them before travel, too.

less chance of them breaking from poor handling

it will be watercooled with h100i but will that pop? and you suggest shipping it to the address or taking it on the plane?

the H100 is probably less likely to pop than a pound-and-a-half of copper and plastic, it's radiator is the most likely part to fall off. I'd remove it anyway because it is liquid - filled.

I'd ship the PC, save your one checked bag for your suitcase.

if you were just driving, I'd simply strap the PC into the back seat with a seat belt. since you're travelling internationally, my suggestions are precautions against rough handling by harried workers who are likely to toss things around

So like ship it with nothing to do with the airport? Ship it like with a whole mother company like before I leave? Which type of ship? Put it in suitcase?

Alight thanks, And also, i still remove the GPU,RAM,Water Cooler and the sensitive parts when i ship it with them right?
