How to travel with a mini-itx PC Computer in a luggage?

I want to put my mini-itx PC computer inside a luggage to travel by air. Not in the hand-luggage but in the regular one. How to do this, what kind of luggage should I buy, I know they miss treat the luggages in airport, but I would pad it pretty well and remove only the GPU and PSU

I imagine the hard drive is the most fragile component but you haven't mentioned removing that even though it's one of the most obvious candidates for sustaining damage in transit.

The PSU (which you say you are removing) is the least likely to sustain damage - - - your logic is puzzling.
