How to trick an ip address

I like to watch Netflix in the country that I will be going into for vacation. But that country has not support netflix. Can I trick the server to think that my IP address is still in the USA??? please let me know

You would need to use a US based VPN IP address, like THIS since it is only available here. And note that this is a legitimate UK company that turns information over to media watchdogs, so don't even think about using it for anything illegal like torrents.
