How to "trick" HP WMe os installation

Hi all,
i had an old hp pavilion desktop pc and i found three hp WMe recovery cd and i try to install cd's on vmware.
I legally own hp pavilion(but now,pc is dead) and recovery cd's.
I try to install it on vmware but recovery recognizes that it is not hp pavilion pc.
My question: is there any way to "trick" hp recovery and install it's oem windows with original software on vm.
I make iso of cd's if it can help.

u could start with opening vm config file (.vmx) and changing SMBIOS.reflectHost = TRUE

Those HP CD's will only recover to the original hardware.

Yes i know that it works only on original hardware,but there must be solution.
I think about extacting .paq files.
And can someone explain how recognizing work on hp pavilion.Can i use newer hp pavilion like a8 serie?

I have a HP windows 7 recovery DVD and it works on almost any device so far even on VMware ...XD But your one may not be a installation DVD and only keep the files which need for a recovery not for a clean installation but not sure.

No.

That CD/DVD will only work on the hardware that it was configured for and nowhere else.
