Question How to troubleshoot no fans, no lights, nothing

Computer is totally dead. No mobo lights, no beeps, no leds, nothing. Tried shorting power pins and nothing. Tried swapping 2 other PSUs, going to 0 and 1 ram stick, nothing. Is it safe to assume it's a totally dead motherboard at this point? Any other way to test?

What are your full system specs. Including make and model of psu.

DIY build.
ASRock B75M-DGS LGA 1155 Micro ATX Motherboard
Intel Core i3-3220
HyperX Blu 4GB DDR3 1600
Antec SmartPower 400 (also tried with SmartPower 450 and a 500 EVGA psu)

Sounds like a dead mobo.
Id try clearing your cmos and reseating cpu.
