You'll want a 1070, because that's a gysnc 1440p monitor. If that's a Dell 460W power supply then I'd replace it with a good EVGA 500W-550W PSU since I like EVGA power supplies.

Gsync works with Nvidia cards only. A 1060 is really a 1080p card, which is why you'd need more than that.
