[SOLVED] How to Turn off a fan (using usb port) while pc is sleeping or it's shutdown

Hi guys, I just bought a fan that connects with usb port and it's inside my case and some how my case (CM 590 III | Cooler Master) has a hole that I took out the wire and connected in usb ports. the thing is that when i shutdown my pc or let it sleep the fan still works and I should disconnect the cable. any help ?
I am using windows 10 btw !

For that motherboard, enabling ErP should do the trick. In your BIOS, go to advanced mode and click on advanced -> APM. You should see the option there. If not poke around a bit. Looking for stuff relating to power. Sorry I can't be more definite than that, the owners manual does not have much BIOS info.

There are two options for enabling that => 1.enable (s4+s5) 2.enable (s5)

Either one should work. S4 and S5 refer to different power states.

is there any way that i can turn off the fan throw the win10 settings?

In device manager, you can right click your USB, click properties, goto the power management tab and select "allow the computer to turn off this device to save power". I give it a 10% chance of working. How about something like:
