How to turn off dell boot options Win 7

Hi, so when I boot up the PC, after my BIOS logo I always get to choose what boot i want to perform: safe mode, windows 7, windows vista , troubleshooting, command line etc. How can I turn it off, it really annoys me every time i boot it up.

Where it asks you, what does the screen look like?
Can you post a screen cap of that?

You can probably change the defaults to boot into the OS you want.
