How to turn off factory overclock

Hey all, i have a MSI - Radeon R9 270 2GB TWIN FROZR Video Card that I believe is factory overclocked and i am not too knowledgeable in that area and was curious how to set it normal.

If it's OCed you should see some profiles: default,gaming and OC probably.
