How to turn off force shutdown messages while shutting down the pc windows 7

when ever I shut down my PC I get a navy blue window having nothing in it but having a caption and two buttons "FORCE SHUTDOWN" and "CANCEL" and it just blinks for a second and then disappears and the PC shuts down.
1. What is this message?
2. How to turn off this message, is this a virus or worm??

Sounds like some running program is taking a while to shut down. Nothing to worry about in itself. I don't think you can avoid it (other than finding out what program is causing the message and taking it from there).

Difficult to say - it could be anything. But if it just pops up momentarily it doesn't really matter. If the message stayed for any length of time it would identify the program in question. It's possible that you might find something in the event log that identifies it.

hey there is one more issue regarding the windows. Many times while working on the system, a blue screen comes my system restarts and after the restart it shows a message showing the "unexpected shut down" and in the event long the name of the event is "Blue screen"...

what in the world is this "Blue Screen"...

It had came many times and its freaking me out... only thing I can read in it that blue screen is in the third or second last line "Dump of Physical memory: " an there is a count of up to 100 and then the computer restarts...

Do any one know about this problem, if yes then please tell me the solution...

A "blue screen" is a Windows debugging feature. When the system crashes it displays a blue screen with information about the cause of the crash. Without having details of exactly what errors are being reported it's difficult to say more; but there should be some error codes showing.

Basically, something is wrong with your system (not very helpful I realize!). Could be a buggy driver; could be a hardware problem - most likely memory. This may, or may not, be related to your other problem. Write down any error codes that show on the blue screen and post them here and someone may be able to suggest what you do next.

One thing you could try is reseating your memory sticks - a poor contact here often causes blue screens.

hey thanx... when I reset the RAM stick the problem is not coming...


could you tell me why my Quick heal online protection tool bar is not shown on Mozilla or on Google chrome but it is visible in IE...

what could be the problem ???

Does that mean that Quick Heal total protection is not protecting the PC while I am working on Mozilla or Google chrome???

if there is a solution then please tell me...

Hello

When I shut down my pc, it shows a message on blue screen for a one second “your computer force restart or cancel” than my pc shuts down, some one knows what should I do.

Look dude Its nothing but just a program is taking too much time for closing... Don't be afraid of it...Just look for the program which is taking too much time in the same blue screen or else go to the task manager to find it out...

Its nothing to be afraid of...It won't harm your PC...

hey! m getting same problm....wht to do...i tried to find it in taskmanager but could'nt locate dat problm...

its neither a virus nor a worm , its just coz when u shuts down the pc , its is taking a longer time to close any application in the background tor the desktop itself so it asks u to whether force shutdown or not , just leave it and it will close by itself

its nothing. its normal .
