How to turn off "load/unload cycle count" for Toshiba MQ04ABD200 ?
I tried to use the CrystalDisk but it didn't help. The HDDScan didn't help too.

That is captured by the drive firmware. I do not believe you can "turn it off".

All utilities (quietHDD, CrystalDisk, HDDScan) just extend time up to 1 min. By default, time is less.
And these utils work correctly on other HDDs.

Maybe you could schedule a tiny background task to run just before the idle timer expires. For example, you could configure a SMART tool to check the SMART report at 1 minute intervals.

I used CrystalDisk
Function > Auto Refresh - set 1 min
Function > Auto Refresh Target - select required HDD

TOSHIBA support replied that the "load/unload cycle count" parameter cannot be turned off for this HDD
