[SOLVED] How to turn off mouse acceleration on a Mac

So my friend got a new mouse, the deathadder, and it had mouse acceleration on. He has a mac so I don't know anything since I use windows. How do you turn off mouse acceleration on a mac. Easy words please. Also, he wants to know whether you can change it in razer synapse. If it does have to do with razer synapse, he can't open it for some reason so he wants to fix that too.

OS X has a long history of compatibility issues with Gaming Mice; you could try something like SteerMouse or USB OverDrive to see if they work, I believe both have a trial period.
