How to turn off overclock?

My cpu keeps on overheating after replacing the fan and heatsink. I realized my speed is 4365mhz for an FX-8350.

My mobo has Asus EZ and OC tuner. I may have clicked on OC Tuner by mistake and now it doesnt have an option to disable, just okay.

Any suggestions?

easiest way would be to reset the cmos it will change everything back to default

What software or hardware is telling you you are overheating?

If with their software, simply uninstall it then reset the mobo to optimal defaults, if done through the BIOS just step two, set to optimal defaults
