How to turn off safe search for ever or remove it.When i delete cookies it stays on,when i uncheck safe search it stays on,what do i do??

Chrome browser itself does not offer any search functions - it merely passes the search string to a default search engine (Google, Yahoo, Bing etc). In case of Google and Bing, you have to be logged in to in Google or Bing in order to permanently change "safe search" options.

But - there might be a (unwanted) add-on in your browser that sends your search somewhere else.

i am logged in to my gmail acc for chrome and it still has safe search on.
