I'm not sure for that model. However if you want to knock everyone off the internet just change the passowrd.

On this router the on off feature is controlled by hardware button near the right antennae of router when viewed from rearside. It can't be softoff as this feature does not come integrated with this router. There are few things you might give a try:

If you simply want to restrict the routers access to few devices so that no one else can use it without your permission, you may create a whitelist to allow connection to specific mac addresses only in router settings.

If you just want to turn router off for saving power (although it consumes negligible power), you may try to purchase a wireless remote controlled power input socket and connect the router to that socket so that you may power it off wirelessly using the provided remote control. However, this requires you to be familiar and willing to make electrical connection modifications at your place.
