How to turn on closed caption in skyrim? Please help.

I recently became deaf in my left ear from an accident and as you could expect its made hearing a bit of a challenge. I really like to play skyrim a lot and I was wondering if anybody knows how to turn on captions. It would mean the world to me if someone knew how. Thanks.

It won't give you full sound recording though. You might try getting a headset and setting it up for mono sound so it's only coming out of one ear as well.
