[SOLVED] How to turn on second display, without remote controller, and or buttons on TV

Hi, so ive been trying to connect a second display to my computer, my first display, is the EG27144 Monitor ( Link at the end of the text), and the second display is a Samsung LE22C450E1W TV Now the cables are working fine. Its just that the TV screen wont turn on. As i have lost the remote control, and the bottons on the TV do not work for some reason. I was wondering if there was anyway i could turn on my second display somehow by using or doing something with my computer? Also, the second display is receiving power, as there is a red light showing. (Normally when the Tv is on the red light goes away and the screen turns on), and when i move my mouse as if i was going over to my second display, i can tell it is going to the display as it takes my mouse a while to show on my first display when i try and move my curser back from the second display. So yeah question is if i can somehow turn on my second display via my computer? If someone could help thatd mean alot!Thanks!

best bet is a nice universal remote to control the tv. would be cheap and simple.

i don't know of any way to control the power from the pc. the tv will turn itself off after a while and the pc won't stop that from happening.
