How to turn on the lenovo laptop shut down

I was using my laptop last night and eventually it turned off but the battery is not empty. Now I cannot open it. Even to the extent that I removed the battery.

What laptop model exactly? Try removing the battery, unplug from wall and hold in the power button for about 30 second. Plug in wall power with no battery and see if that works.
